The
philosophy at Chateaugay has always
been to provide an opportunity
for each camper to have a safe
and successful summer. A safe
summer means a physically and
emotionally safe environment.
By providing our staff with a
professional training program,
we can help achieve this goal. |

Our team of professional head
staff has a wide range of backgrounds
and experience, related to our
pre-camp training program at Chateaugay.
We have teachers, administrators
from Elementary and High School
systems, College coaches, and
a variety of professionals who
share their knowledge with us
during the summer.
The training
of our staff also includes some
professionals who visit our
pre-camp, to help prepare our
team for the multitude of challenges
they will face during the season.
With the help of Dr. Joel Haber,
and Susan Fee, we have provided
our staff with a creative approach
to problem solving, and additional
support as consultants to our
team 24-7.
